Synopsis:
Customer’s Situation: While working for Cygnus, the owner was the lead programmer on software to facilitate meetings in corporations small to large through the use of efficient operation of multiple programs simultaneously to produce a smooth flowing and effective meeting.
Existing tool before development: No system available that worked with nearly any Windows application to create a seamless flow of information during a meeting.
Existing Available Alternative: The person running a meeting must be fluent in multiple programs and switch between them clumisily while attempting to create a smooth flowing meeting.
Custom Solution Provided: A completely innovative technology and user interface was developed that allowed users to load files from any program and any location without having to remember the filename and location of the file, by simply clicking on a miniature ‘screenshot’ of the document when is was last opened. The technology has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and received Patent #: 7,346,850.
